The free birthday banner template is inspired by the show Lion Guard which is a spin-off from the epic Lion king movie. This time we are introduced to fun new characters who have ties back to the original characters from Lion King. These characters are featured on the banner design.
Each banner piece features an African pattern on the top and bottom parts of the piece and all the pieces come together to spell the words “Happy Birthday”.
One banner piece takes up one sheet of paper when printing to ensure each piece is large enough to display. To have a durable banner, we recommend printing on cardstock paper.

How to use free printable Lion Guard Birthday Banner
Firstly, download your free printable Lion Guard birthday banner templates to your computer. Use adobe reader to open the PDF file and select the option to print. If there are any issues with size, try reprinting and selecting the option to print “full size or borderless”. Once the templates have successfully printed, use scissors to cut each banner piece into its correct shape. Each banner piece has a marking indicating where to fold at the top. Fold at this point and use glue to stick it down. When gluing however, be careful not to completely glue the fold down as you will be running ribbon through the channel created by the fold.
The next step is to thread ribbon through the grove created by the fold and string all the pieces together to read the birthday message and hanging up your Lion Guard banner for display.
Hi could you possibly do this banner design with other letters as I would like to make a birthday banner for my daughter either with her age (3rd) or her name so would need the letters C and E?
