How to use free printable Muppet Babies cupcake wrappers
Download the free printable template onto your computer and use adobe reader to open the PDF document.
Print the templates onto cardstock paper and cut cupcake wrappers to the right size and shape.
Wrap the cupcake wrappers around the base of cupcakes and use the slit to lock ends together.
