Download the free printable templates onto cardstock paper and use adobe reader to open the PDF document.
Print the templates onto cardstock paper and cut wrappers to actual size and shape with scissors, make sure to cut the slit marking too.
Wrap cupcake wrappers around the base of cupcakes and use slit to lock the ends together.
