I cant get mine to print once I have added my information?
admin says
Hi Devin,
I ‘m not too sure why this is the case, could you give me more details about what is happening when you try to print? Is the text not showing when you print the invite on paper or the template can’t print when you select the printing option?

Are you able to change the font type of the sections you type? Or does it have the be plain and kinda boring?
admin says
Hi Brittany,
There are two set fonts for this template. The name will type in an italic font and the rest is a more generic font. Unfortunately the font can not be changed due to the PDF format. Hope this helps.
Natalia says
Hi,
I love the invite design, however, when I type into the PDF, everything is just coming up in plain Arial font. Can you tell me how to fix that? Do I need to download a specific font? Thanks!
Natalia says
I also downloaded the food tents, and the font on those are working just fine. I don’t know if it makes a difference but on the food tent download there was already text written in, on the invitation download all the boxes are empty. Could that be the problem?
admin says
Hi Natalia,
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately in some cases the font reverts to a default font because it is not on the computer the file has been opened on. For this reason we’ve decided to mainly use more generic font which is available on most peoples computers to save time for anyone using this template. On the WTWTA invitation template the name section is in a special font (so I’m not sure if this is showing up on your download) but the rest of the fields are in a generic font. If the name font is changing into generic font, I could try sending you the template with an example name filled in to see if the font stays the same once you’ve replaced it. Let me what you’d like to do and we’ll see if we can find a possible solution to this issue.
Kind regards
David

Hi David,
Everything is coming out in the generic font at 10pt size :/
If you could send me the template with an example name and example info I would really appreciate it. Like I said I also downloaded the food tent template and that worked great since it already had text. Thank you!

Hello. I am saving the free downloadable invitation file. I am able to add text, but when I go to print, the print preview screen and the actual sheet printed still have the blank text boxes. Is there a step I am missing?
admin says
Hi Jess,
Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve just reviewed the template and the problem is on our end. I’ve replaced the invitation template with a corrected file which will allow the changes to remain when printing. Please go ahead and download the invites again from here. Thank you for alerting us to this issue.
All the best.
