How to use free printable LOL Surprise Cupcake Toppers
Download the free printable templates onto your computer and use adobe reader to open the PDF document containing the template. Print the templates onto cardstock paper and use scissors or a 2-inch hole punch to cut the circles out to the right size and shape.
Using glue and sellotape stick the circles to lolly sticks or toothpicks. Double side your cupcake toppers by applying another cupcake circle to the expose side of the cupcake toppers. Once complete, put into cupcakes and display.
