Download free printable cupcake toppers to computer and use adobe reader to open PDF file. Print off template onto cardstock paper and use scissors or a 2-inch hole punch to cut out cupcake toppers. Using Sellotape or glue, attach a lolly stick or toothpick to the plain side of cupcake topper. You can double side cupcake toppers by adding a cupcake topper template on each side of your DIY cupcake topper. Once that is done, place your cupcake topper into your cupcakes for display.
